Up-front Disclosure on Data & Functionality:
Airport status coverage is for the US only. Detailed maps are not available for all airports, but we are continuously adding new ones. Airport information, particularly concerning amenities and parking fees, change rapidly. We are dedicated to making iFly the best resource available for airport information, but sometimes there might be a delay in updating our data. Additionally, many airports simply dont provide detailed information in a timely manner after they make a change. We are constantly updating our data to reflect the most relevant information possible.
Flight tracking is subject to the timely delivery of data to iFly from the FAA, the airports, and the airlines. At rare times these data sources are not all in sync with each other, causing a conflict in the flight status of a particular flight.
Additionally, GPS or cellular coverage may not provide sufficient In-Terminal navigation capabilities in all terminals.
Thanks for your understanding!

Pros and cons of iFlyPro Airport Guide+Flight Tracker app for iPhone and iPad

iFlyPro Airport Guide+Flight Tracker app good for

I like your website so I bought the app for my iPhone. Info is great & the app is easy enough to navigate. My main issue is the airport map portion. The map tells me nothing except for the shape & number of terminals/ concourses that the airport has. I had hoped that the airport maps would be like your website with details on the map itself. The flight tracker runs perfectly & is more detailed than others I have seen. All in all, a good app but some updates are still needed.
Ive been using iFlyPro for at least 3 years (and I have no relationship with the developer), and this has saved my butt a few times. We made the mistake of trying to get home on Memorial Day Weekend, 2016, and the plane developed a fuel leak, and the flight was cancelled. They got a new plane at a new gate at a new time, and this app got us to the new plane across the Detroit Metro Airport in time to still have a place to stow our luggage on a packed-full plane. Small annoyances? Maybe occasionally. But every good friend has a few annoying traits.
Thanks for listening! i use this app on every trip- especially arriving to a new and unfamiliar airport. The flight tracking is as good or better than the more expensive apps that only do flight tracking.
My old Blackberry died while I was out of state. I bought an iPhone and installed this app to monitor flight status on my return trip--worked like a charm.
This app is a wealth of information for flight crew. Its very handy to find flight information, places to eat and airport amenities when you are scrambling between flights.
This app is like the air travelers guide to the universe. It is the best and most complete air travel app I have used so far. There is also a great team behind it who addressed and answered all my questions quickly and courteously. Five stars for the app and the support and I look forward to using this app and its future versions!

Some bad moments

this app is a big lie, no flights appear at that, i cannot believe that is still sold at apple store
I got this app. It seemed expensive but came well recommended. When I checked it out it seemed to behave as advertised. So next I went to download it onto my iPad only to find they had a different version and I would have to pay the already high price a second time. I dont think its unreasonable to expect a purchased app to work on all my devices when it is already priced as a high end app.
I tried to check a few major airports and it will never load the terminal maps just the main airport road map. Its useless. When you look at amenities you cant filter by terminal. Useless and dumb. Somebody please post an alternative.
Does not work with all airlines and support staff blows you off with cut and paste replies. DO NOT BUY!
Seriously, why is this app this expensive? Most of the time, it will not update. Unless you sync with Tripit, this app is pointless and a pain to use. By the way, Tripit now wants $49 a year to use their "pro" service. I just bought Flight View Elite, and it is WORLDS better. Dont waste your money on this one!
Loved this app until they changed the layout. Maps never show up now, have to constantly reupdate to populate the airport list. Even if I did it 20min ago. Very glitchy in general. I even thought "maybe the airports Im looking at just dont have maps" so I looked at their example SFO.. Nothing. Also, I dont want to HAVE to use tripit for my trips. I was perfectly happy with being to plug in my flights.
